HyperFiler is built around a single idea: filing should learn from you, not the other way round. It runs on Outlook for Windows, Mac, and the web. Here's everything that's in the box.
The first time you file an email from a sender, HyperFiler remembers where it went. The next time, the right folder shows up as a green-banner suggestion. One click and it's filed. No more rifling through 200 folders to find the right one.

When the email has attachments, HyperFiler shows them inline with Copy and Move buttons. Copy keeps the attachment in the email and saves a duplicate to OneDrive. Move saves the attachment to OneDrive, removes it from the email, and leaves a "moved to OneDrive" watermark in the email body with a link to the file. Mailbox stays small, the email stays useful, and the file is one click away.

Tick the optional checkbox to save a searchable .eml copy of any email to OneDrive or SharePoint, alongside its attachments. Particularly useful for compliance, audit trails, or just keeping a record of contractually important conversations outside the mailbox.

The Email Audit button exports your full inbox history to CSV: who's sent you the most emails, how many had attachments, when correspondence started and ended, and the top folders each sender ends up in. Open it in Excel, sort by volume, and decide what to delete, block, or auto-file.
Some senders aren't worth filing, they're worth blocking. The Block button moves the current email to Junk and adds the sender to your Outlook block list, so you never see them again. In the other direction, every sender you file is automatically routed to your Focused inbox in future, so important email stays visible.

Most Outlook add-ins are Windows-only. HyperFiler runs everywhere Outlook does. Whether you're on Windows at your desk, on a Mac, or signed in to Outlook on the web from any device, HyperFiler works the same way. One license covers all your devices.

A "locked-down" Microsoft 365 tenant is one where IT has restricted what add-ins can do, usually for security reasons in regulated industries (legal, finance, healthcare, government). Most Office add-ins fail silently on these tenants because the tenant security policy blocks the add-in tokens they depend on. The user clicks the add-in button and nothing happens.
HyperFiler is built differently. A Cloudflare Worker authenticates with Microsoft Graph server-side, so the tenant policies that break other add-ins don't break HyperFiler. If you work somewhere with strict IT controls and other filing add-ins have stopped working, HyperFiler is worth trying.
